1. PARTIES.This Lease Agreement is entered into between the Landlord and the Tenant identified herein. The Tenant agrees to rent the premises described below under the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement for the duration specified.

2. PREMISES.The Landlord agrees to lease to the Tenant the residential property located at the address provided, including all fixtures and appliances present at the time of occupancy, for use as a private residence only.

3. TERM.The term of this lease shall commence on the start date and continue for a period of twelve (12) months unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions outlined in this agreement.

4. RENT.The Tenant agrees to pay monthly rent in the amount specified, due on the first day of each calendar month, payable to the Landlord at the designated address or via approved electronic transfer.

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT.Upon execution of this agreement, the Tenant shall pay a security deposit to be held by the Landlord against any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
