Cancellation and Billing Adjustments
Self-Service Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Billing Settings. Your access to PRO features will remain active until the end of your prepaid period, and no further automatic renewals will occur.
Technical Error Protections
If a verifiable system outage or billing error occurs (such as a double-charge due to an API timeout), please notify our team within fourteen (14) days. We will investigate the issue and issue a full correction if a billing error is confirmed.
