pdfmate provides a modern, web-based interface allowing users to add text, place electronic signatures, overlay sticky notes, stamp assets, fill form fields, and redact documents. The service is accessible via web browsers on both desktop and mobile platforms.
PRO Tiers & Subscriptions
Tier Toggles
Certain advanced tools—such as secure cloud storage, redaction capabilities, and watermark-free exports—require a paid upgrade to our PRO plan. Toggles in the app interface will prompt you when accessing these advanced tools.
Billing System
PRO subscription tiers are billed on an automated, recurring monthly or annual basis. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid, active payment token on file to avoid interruption of service.
Document Ownership & Legal Indemnity
You retain full ownership, title, and intellectual property rights over any documents you upload to pdfmate. pdfmate does not verify the legal validity of contracts or digital signatures executed through the workspace.

You accept full legal responsibility for ensuring that the electronic signatures you collect or apply meet the requirements of your specific legal jurisdictions.
For users operating within South Africa, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with Section 13 of the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA Act) regarding standard and advanced electronic signatures.
